01 — Your Current State
Where are you right now? No judgment. Having an honest conversation about your spiritual, physical, and mental health to determine a starting point. Whether you are new to your practice or if you have been a lifelong yogi, there is always room for growth and change.
02 — Your Schedule
It seems as the days go by we are living in a world that is constantly getting busier. It is difficult to find time to our selves some days. My goal is to find a practice that works for YOU! I will not have you waking up at four a.m. unless that’s your jam.
03 — Your Energy
As we age, so does our practice. Ashtanga was invented for teenage boys, preparing their body for war and expelling excess energy. What we need at age forty is very different than what we needed as teenagers. Our lives begin to shift as we gain wisdom and insight. Our goals change. What energy are you looking to cultivate?
04 — Your Goals
Each of us are here for a very special, very different reason. Your heart is looking for something or you wouldn’t still be reading. Whether that goal is spiritual freedom, a solid practice, awakening your kundalini, balancing certain chakras, or even weight loss, I AM HERE TO HELP!
